CED began in 2021 as an intimate dialogue between two individuals, each deeply engaged in the ongoing unfolding of their own self-discovery. Through these exchanges, a shared calling emerged—to develop CED as a service to others by guiding them toward greater self-awareness and a felt unity with humanity, nature, and the material world. Rooted in love of humanity and a commitment to elevated values, these continuing dialogues give voice to how we live inwardly and outwardly—the conduct of life we bring to our daily actions, and the systems we cultivate to sustain both our individual well-being and the greater coherence of consciousness as one whole ever expanding living system.

Intuition, paired with cultivated perspective, allows me to perceive both the larger context and underlying patterns—whether engaging with world events or individual clients’ experience. My work centers on guiding people through release, integration, and discernment of next steps, using energy-based modalities and deep listening.
With a background as a naturopath and over 30 years in private practice, I focus on the emotional and experiential dimensions of health, including personal history and inherited influences that shape present-day experience.
My work explores what limits human potential, where attention is placed, and how perception informs lived reality. I support individuals in clarifying inner truth, refining intention and self-talk, and strengthening trust in their own resilience and creative capacity.
My guiding view is that conscious evolution and conscious self-care are practical foundations for personal freedom—supporting authentic living, personal sovereignty, and aligned expression.
At the core of my work is a simple principle: conscious evolution offers a pathway to freedom. Through authenticity, self-remembrance, and alignment with one’s deeper nature, individuals reconnect with themselves and with what they understand as Source.
CED is a natural evolution prodigiously fostered by two women who were meant to work together and create this elegant work we now call Conscious Evolution Dialogues. Curiosity, engagement, deep exploration and adherence to what we call the conducts of life, we have set ourselves a standard of care so others may also benefit from this work.

Karen Glass: Integrating Creativity, Healing, and Conscious Service
Karen Glass has dedicated her life to the creation and sustaining of value across all realms of life — from art and design to spiritual practice, healing, and conscious living. For more than a decade, she has been immersed in her own process of integrating art, design, and spirituality into a living practice of creative intelligence, social responsibility, and human service.
Her forty years in the global fashion industry shaped a deep understanding of systems, form, and material beauty. In 2012, a profound awareness of the ecological and social impacts of industrial production transformed her direction from commerce to consciousness.
In 2015, she founded the zerøwaste life-work project (Ø GLASS) in Atlanta — a social-enterprise studio providing creative employment and community for women in transition from the commercial sex trade and addiction recovery. The project embodied her belief that creativity, sustainability, and compassion can coexist as a living model of renewal.
Karen’s path later deepened into Life to End of Life work. She is a certified End-of-Life Coach and Sacred Passage Doula. She facilitates the Best 3 Months (B3M) program — a one on one holistic framework for reflection, resolution, closure and completion across the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual domains of life. A growing area of her practice focuses on loss, recovery and restoration of identity.
She also holds certifications and course work completion in sacred plant oils, herbalism for emotional and mental balance, and the synergy between plant medicine and nutraceuticals, which inform her integrative healing approach. Her personal practice includes Zazen, Somatic Meditation, and the use of sacred oils as instruments of awareness and transformation.
Through Conscious Evolution Dialogues (CED), Karen facilitates modular learning and experiential dialogue that unite spiritual practice, ecological awareness, and creative service as one continuous living system — guiding others toward greater coherence, compassion, and the creation of enduring value.
